Our Salt Lake City office is on the campus of the new Intermountain Medical Center in Murray. We are in Suite 650 of the South Office Building, three blocks east of the 5300 South exit from I-15 (Exit 300). There is ample parking west of our building, a shuttle service and free valet parking from the front of the Eccles Building just north of us.
Our Park City office is Suite 100 in the north lobby of the new Park City Medical Center, 900 Round Valley Drive. It is easiest to reach the medical center by taking US 40 south from I-80 to exit 4 at Quinn's Junction. This is also the Utah State Highway 248 exit to Park City. Follow the blue hospital signs to Round Valley Drive and the Medical Center about one mile northwest of the junction.
The second floor of our office is the newly reopened IHC Park City Surgical Center where we have facilities for outpatient surgical procedures. This center originally opened in 1998 at the HealthSouth Park City Surgical Center. In 2005 Health South closed the facility and it sat vacant until Intermountain HealthCare reopened it as part of its long term plan for increasing involvement in Summit County. In the fall of 2009 we expect the new 50 bed IHC Park City Hospital to open at Quinn's Junction (at the intersection of Kearns Blvd and US 40). It is now possible to perform virtually all aesthetic plastic surgical procedures right in Park City, eliminating the necessity of driving to Salt Lake City for surgical care.
Insurance programs change so frequently that this list may not be complete at this particular time. It is best to check with Heather, Shannon, or Felicia at the Salt Lake City office to be sure (801) 364-1201. Virtually all surgeries to be covered by insurance will be prior approved by our office staff with your insurance carrier at the time your surgery is scheduled.
