It is my plan to retire from my medical practice May 1, 2012.
I will be sixty-six years old and will have practiced as a plastic surgeon in Salt Lake City and Park City for thirty-one years.
My wife and I are planning to move out of state sometime very soon after May 1 in order to be closer to our children and grandchildren.
My offices at Intermountain Medical Center and at Park City Medical Center will be closed as of that date. I am planning to leave my patient charts and computer records with my partners in Premier Plastic Surgery Group of Utah at their office at 11762 South State Street in Draper. Follow up regarding medical care will be available from my partners in that office: Drs. Richard Fryer, David Motoki, and Steven Warnock. They will also be able to get in touch with me for any information that will aid continuity of care. I am leaving the care of my patients in very able hands!
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in plastic surgery practice in Utah and estimate that I have treated thirty thousand patients over these years. As rewarding as this has been it is clearly time to move on to the next phase of life.
